Under the Stars

Last night my friend Christine came over to stamp, and we had a great time! We usualy make 2 of everything and give each other one, well here's the card I made for both of us, and I won't tell you how many she made…let's just say she stamps waaayyy faster than I do!!

I punched out a circle and attached it to my die cut shape using Dotto…have you ever used that stuff? It's great because you can stick things in place and then move them later. Then I sponged all over with Basic Gray ink, fist dabbing it on and then swirling it around to fill it in pretty heavily.

Next I stamped Itty Bitty Backgrounds (the little speckle design) in Whisper White Craft Ink for the stars in the sky, and applied 2-way glue pen and DD glitter to make them twinkle. The CS was the textured Basic Black from the specialty paper that's being retired, along with Creamy Caramel and Chocolate Chip.

I love the little mosquito and "Skeeter Spray", they're too cute! I thought I'd show you a close-up of the glittery wings and spray of the can.

I hope you liked it, thanks for stopping by!
