The Paper Players Color Challenge

What a great weekend it's been! There's nothing better than "spring ahead" weekend, I love the first day it stays light outside an hour later! Plus, it's going to be in the 60s all week, yay!! It was windy and a bit chilly today, but Nick's baseball team still practiced outside!! I watched from my car 🙂

We came home to find that Jeff was doing some yard work and burning. We bought a new camper last weekend **so excited**, so we needed to take out a big bush next to the driveway before the camper comes in (about another 4-6 weeks), also known to my boys as the "prickle bush"…I have no clue what kind of bush it is, all I know is that when a ball goes in there it's lost forever because you can not get close to this bush without getting scratched to bits. Fyi, Jeff found 9 baseballs in there today lol!!

Anyway, while the boys were out doing their thing, I popped over to The Paper Players blog to see what the challenge is this week, and came up with the card above. I actually saw some crocuses blooming in my yard today, so this set immediately came to mind when I saw the colors. The set is A Year in Flowers 1 by Flourishes, and the rest of the supplies are SU!. The Copics I used are below:

Thanks so much for stopping by, hope you had a great weekend too 🙂

  1. Absolutley gorgoeus, Kerin! Your shading on those flowers is stunning and they really pop on your clean design. So very pretty, in every way! Thanks so much for joining us this week at the Paper Players! 🙂
