SugarPea Designs ~ Sweet Peek Week ~ Day 2

Hi stamping friends!! It’s day two of a very exciting week at SugarPea Designs! It’s Sweet Peek Week, and we’ve got so many new and fabulous items to share with you!! Today we’re highlighting a new stamp set called Greatest Hits and matching SugarCut, the Musical CoverPlate and there’s even a stencil called Concentric Circles! For the card above I used the Concentric Circles Stencil and sponged on Distress Ink in Festive Berries, Spiced Marmalade, and Mustard Seed. The really cool thing about this stencil is that the circle is actually over 5″ wide, so you can create circles of any size by widening out the area you’re sponging! I also used the Hello SugarCut on my card. This stencil is a super way to make quick cards easily, just sponge on your circles then add any sentiment to finish it off for any occasion!

For the card below I created a shaker card using elements created with the Musical CoverPlate. I ran the CoverPlate through my Big Shot several times using different colors of card stock each time. Then I combined the pieces that were cut out with sequins to create my shaker. I really love the sentiment here…I feel like this sentiment could be for my birthday card since I’m turning 49 in a couple of weeks!

All of the new products will available to purchase THIS Friday at 6 p.m. Eastern time!Be sure to comment on THIS blog post for your chance to win too!

Let’s check out what the other members of the design team have created:

  1. Love how you used die cuts to make the
shaker. They are a good size and
    work well. Fantastic card. thanks
    for sharing.

  2. Such a wonderful creativity. I like how you use the stencil to create all those wonderful colors together. Then the second card was really neat with thee little notes has Shaker elements.
