Flourishes Round & Round Challenge

Tonight I gave another Flourishes challenge a shot, this time the Noon-Time Challenge called Round & Round…simple enough, use a circle as the base for your card. I love using the Flourishes sets I've purchased to practice coloring with Copics. Wow, the more I color the more I realize I need all of the Copics!!!

Typically I think you want to use colors in the same range, but I've found myself grabbing from different color groups to blend and try to make a color that fills the gap in my selection. A little unusual probably, but I'll get there as I round out my collection 🙂 I hope an intermediate Copic class comes to our area soo so I can learn more!!

The colors I used for my flowers/bow are RV0000, RV02, R43, R46, then for the leaves I used YG11 and YG63. The stamp set is called Seasonal Wreaths from Flourishes, and the sentiment is from the same set. I used Pretty in Pink Satin Ribbon and circle/scallop circle dies from SU!, and the pearls were from SU! also, colored with a Copic marker.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
