Deconstructed Sketch 125

For today's inspiration I turned to Jen's Deconstructed Sketch for this week. I love her sketches because usually they have several layers, and I'm really trying to "up my game" with my cards. I lean towards the clean and simple layouts, but when I'm looking around the internet I'm always drawn to cards with lots of layers and embellishments.  I just can't seem to add more & more on my cards, even though I love when other people do it!

I have to admit, I pretty much love this card 🙂 This sweet little figure was so much fun to color. And now that it's dark by 4:30 in the afternoon, it must be time to make Christmas cards right?? The set is called Happy Christmas from the Pure Innocence collection at My Favorite Things. I stamped her in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on XPressIt Blending card stock, then went to work with my Copics.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
