Wedding Box

If you've been checking out my blog for a while, you know I love to make 3d items of all sorts…and while I was deciding what to make today it occurred to me that it's been a while since I've made any non-card items. I just received a package of the gorgeous Bride Specialty dsp yesterday, and it happened to be laying on my stamp counter just asking to be used!

I came up with this quick box that would be perfect for a small gift for a wedding or anniversary. I know sometimes the pictures of projects can be deceiving, so I wanted to let you know that the box measures 3-3/4" square and 2" tall.

I used the Together Forever stamp set, and for the label I used the largest oval punch we carry, along with the Ovals die for the Big Shot for the black mat layer. Some embellishments from the Pretties Kit and WW Organza Ribbon finishes it off.

I whipped up a template for you if you'd like to make a box this size of your own. You can click on the small picture of the template to see it full size and get the measurements and scoring instructions.

Thanks for stopping by!
