Use up that Retired Designer Paper!

Square-flower-fancy

Holy cow, I am actually laughing out loud as I start this post…YES, I set out to use up some retiring dsp I've been hoarding, but NO, I did not intend to use it ALL up on one card!  Anyway, this is the Green Tea dsp, and now that I made this card I'm wishing it wasn't retiring…but I'll count on SU! to have some yummy new dsp's in the catalog that comes out in…oh… less than 2 weeks! Oh the torture!

Back to the card, It's a square card measuring 5-1/4 x 5-1/4". I used my new favorite set called Flower Fancy…at first I imagined using my watercolor wonder crayons on this set, maybe tomorrow! The card stock is Baja Breeze, along with Baja Breeze ink. Also on the little "friend" circle there's a little flower behind the word in Certainly Celery. I used my paper piercer and white gel pen for the stitching, along with the 2-way glue pen and some glitter for the flower center. Hope you like it, and thanks for stopping by!

  1. Kerin, you are too funny! I can see you at the computer laughing at yourself… I love what you did with the “leftovers”.
That Chi tea you gave me for Christmas was just WONDERFUL! It’s all gone – yep, I drank it all 😉
    See you soon.. Jacki
