Top Note Tote

I was creating a special little bag using the Top Note die for the Big Shot, and when I had the two outside pieces leftover (the frame), I thought of making those frames into a cute little bag, I hope you like it! I think it would make a darling Easter treat bag! You know we're having a heck of a snowstorm here in the Northeast today, so I'm dreaming of anything that includes pastel colors and flowers!

I created the "bag" for the inside with a piece of card stock measuring 8 x 9-1/2", scoring at 1-1/2" on each side holding the paper the 8" long way, then at 4" on each side while holding it the 9-1/2" long way. I hope that makes sense! I'm a visual person, so I can totally figure out any box in my head, but explaining how I made it is another story!!

I also used:

  • Tea Party dsp
  • Barely Banana, Certainly Celery, Regal Rose and Almost Amethyst card stock
  • Pretties Kit half-pearls
  • Yummy stamp set
  • Mini Glue Dots (to hold the flowers on)
  • 3-flower Punch
  • Sticky Strip

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Holy Pearls Batman! I don’t know that I could part with so many pearls on one project. That is why I am a hoarder.

  2. You are an AMAZING “bag lady”!!! Hope you don’t mind me teaching some of your bags in my classes. I will give you credit…
Thanks for sharing these GREAT instructions and bags!!
