I won't go into the whole drama of today and my computer problems (and over 3 hours on the phone!)…any NO it's still not fixed…and actually it's been going on since Friday…thank goodness for my laptop is all I can say right now! Anywho, by the time I ended the call I had some serious tension built up, I was all stressed out, had spent almost $400 on what will *hopefully* fix it, and I told my husband I just need to go stamp something. It's amazing, I came out of my stamp room about an hour later with this card, and I feel SO much better! It really is like a little stamping "sanity" in there, and creating and coloring do the trick for me! Maybe I should have been stamping WHILE on the phone huh?? I think I need one of those little earpiece things people wear around so I can stamp at all times and keep the tension away;)
So back to the card. Have you heard of those cards called "inchies"?? Well, these are inch and a quarter-ies lol! I stamped the 3 images from the God's Beauty set in StazOn 3 times each, on shimmery white paper, then punched out parts of the images with my 1-1/4" square punch and colored them in with markers(Barely Banana, Summer Sun, Pumpkin Pie and Ruby Red for the butterflies, Certainly Celery and Old Olive for the leaves, and Baja Breeze and Not Quite Navy for the flowers). I put all of my squares onto a 4-1/8" square piece of black card stock and completed my card with the "for you" from the new Great Friend set. The ribbon is the So Saffron grosgrain from Sale-a-Bration, and the other card stock color is Baja Breeze.
Thanks for stopping by, see you all tomorrow!
