Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge #195

Wow, another week has flown right by, and here we are at Friday night and it's time for a new sketch from the Stamping 411 Operators!! It's been feeling a little "Springy" around here for the last couple of days, and that's definitely the direction of my card 🙂 Here's the sketch:

And here's my card:

Warm colors & flowers were on my mind this week, so I couldn't resist making those sweet flowers out of the heart punches again! There is glitter on my "T" for a little extra something. I used my Stamp-a-majig to separate the "Three little words" into two separate lines…that Stamp-a-majig is the most useful tool!! See the tiny "thread" through the button? I just cut the very edge of a piece of Pumpkin Pie Satin Ribbon & used that.

Here's what I used on my card:

Stamp Sets: Three Little Words, FYI

Ink: Black Staz On, Pear Pizzazz, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight

Card stock: Pear Pizzazz, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White, Greenhouse Gala dsp

Accessories: Three Heart Punch, Large Heart Punch, 2-way Glue Pen, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, Pumpkin Pie Satin Ribbon, Basic Pearls, Bold Brights Buttons, Finial Press Embossing Folder, Mini Glue Dots

Check out the other Operators' creations this week…looks like we were all in a Springy mood with all of the flowers going on over there!! I hope you'll find time to play along too 🙂

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. This came together beautifully. The flowers work so well with the paper and I love the flower on the ribbon. Your choice of Three Little Words is perfect as those simple words stand out so well with all of the embellishments. Wonderful card!

  2. Hi Kerin, Your card is really a breath of spring! Love the flowers, but would sure like to know how you made them. Could you point me in the direction of some directions? Thanks!
