193Kerin I just got the Fun Flowers die this week, and I couldn't wait to break it out! Here's what I used on my card:

Stamp Sets: Teeny Tiny Wishes

Ink: Basic Black, Soft Suede

Card Stock: Basic Black, Very Vanilla, Neutrals Patterns dsp (Basic Black), First Edition dsp

Accessories: Jewelry Tag Punch, Linen Thread, Basic Black Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, Neutrals Buttons, Basic Pearls

I embossed the Basic Black dsp and sponged over it with Basic Black ink. For the flowers, I sponged the edges with Soft Suede & Basic Black.

  1. Kerin,
This is a piece of art! It is so pretty. I just love your card and the beautiful flower that takes center stage. Awesome job!

  2. I really like your work. I also appreciate the time you put into your blog. Thank you for sharing a little of yourself with us.

  3. The gorgeous printed flower caught me eye and then I realized what you had to the bottom panel. It’s so subtle yet absolutely stunning.

  4. Amazing! Gorgeous design, Kerin! Can understand your impatience to use the flower die! Hugs xxaxx
PS I am still having computer probs … after a major crash! Access to the internet is frustrating me … even though my dh has solved the main probs. Off to scroll through what I have missed over the last few days …

  5. Wow, Kerin, this card is beautiful! I love the black and vanilla together. I’m thinking I’ going to have to get that die after seeing what you and Denise have done with it. I love that you did the flower using the First Edition DSP – very creative and eye catching.
