Stamper’s Club Treats

Okay, so by the time this actually posts, the girls will be here stamping and the surprise won't be ruined. It was so cold and snowy yesterday that I decided to spend a nice cozy day inside my stamp room making little holiday treats for my stamper's club girls. If you are not in a stamper's club and would be interested in joining, I'll be starting up a 2nd club in January.

The first item I made was a "bag of tags". I had seen the idea around and thought how cute it was, so decided to try it for myself. The way you do it is to take a cello bag (4×6"), and slide a piece of designer paper inside, kind of as the backing to the tags…then you put in your tags, and punch a "handle" in the top with the word window punch and tie it with ribbon. I used the I Wish Simply Scrappin' Kit dsp, along with the Deer Friends stamp set for these.

The card stock for the tags is only 2×4", so they're just big enough to add to a package or gift bag. The silver cord is stretchy so you could even put it around a nice bottle of wine for your holiday party hostess!

The next item I made was inspired by one given to me by Jen at our local Fall Fest. It's the cutest little thing, and so simple!  Inside that cute little packet with the crinkled edges is a Kit Kat bar! All you need is a 6×6 piece of designer paper, a crimper,  and some sticky strip. Wrap the sides over, and just fold the two ends together and crimp, and voila!

Tomorrow I'll post the cards we made tonight.
