Stamper’s Club Cards & Treats

Here are the cards we made the other night at my stamper's club, along with the treats I made for the girls this month. Usually I make them a little holder for chocolate of some sort, and I put out a bowl of pretzels or something like that…this month, I decided to put this cool chocolate drizzle pretzel mix in little baggies, and still make the chocolate treat too…guess what happened? NONE of them would eat their snacks because they didn't want to ruin the packages I put them in! I even asked if anyone wanted a drink…nope, they were all set, and I said "well I know why you're not thirsty, because none of you will eat your snacks!" It was pretty funny and we were all laughing it up (but still no snacks were opened). Anyway, short story LONG, here we go:


This one uses one of my new faves, Bella Blooms. The card stock colors are Very Vanilla, Always Artichoke, Riding Hood Red, and Chocolate Chip. The flower is done with markers in Cameo Coral and Always Artichoke. Some prints dsp in Riding Hood Red and Vanilla Hodgepodge finish it up.


This card features the Flower for all Seasons stamp set, and how cute is that little froggy? We used Blender Pens with Old Olive, Not Quite Navy, and Bashful Blue. Old Olive and NQN card stock, and Very Vanilla taffeta ribbon. The dsp is Maine Blueberry. Oh yeah, and the words are from Fundamental Phrases, this is a set that cannot be lived without!


This card uses Bitty Birthday and Happy Everything. The fun part about this card is that the base is 4-1/4 x 5-1/2, and the Pink Pirouette is the card that opens and it's just adhered onto the black base. Does that make sense? Lots of layers and a little glitter on the balloons, along with some hand-drawn balloon strings finish off this card.

I'm not going to show you the 4th card we made, because although I changed the layout a bit, it's very closely based on a card I saw somewhere online and I don't remember who I got the idea from…so I'll just leave that one out, since I don't want to show it and not give credit where credit is due.

Okay, so here are the treats…the chocolates are in little matchbook style holders. I used the Parisian Summer dsp, along with wow flowers for the words.



Here are the yummy chocolate drizzled pretzels I found. I used the Top Note for the Big Shot to make the toppers…along with the From the Kitchen of set, which I used to put on the 5 stars and Yum Scale, I just love that stamp, it's too cute!!
