Seasonal Magnets

I'm sure the picture of these cute little refrigerator magnets is going to be deceiving…they're actually only 2×2"! You must have seen those plastic picture frames before, the kind that you slide a picture into. Of course they already have magnets on the back, and the "frame" part
looks like a piece of plastic folded over with a little space in
between halves….well I spotted some miniature 2×2" ones at our local Christmas Tree Shop and immediately thought of making them into refrigerator magnets.

Here's how I made them: I cut a piece of SU watercolor paper to 1-7/8 x 1-7/8", stamped my images in black StazOn, and watercolored them.  Then I mounted them on coordinating 2×2" card stock, and I just pryed the two sides of the plastic apart and slid the image in, simple as that! The poinsettia and frog ones have a little glitter in the center of the flowers. You can click on the picture to enlarge it. The stamp set is called A Flower for all Seasons.  I think these may be some teacher gifts this year! I hope you like them!!
