I have to admit, at first creating a Christmas card in mid-January seemed a bit strange, but I knew the Hollyberries set would fit the challenge and they were just calling out to be colored so I couldn’t resist! I used Copics of course: G40, G43, G46, G85, R21, R27, R39. Looks like I’ll be ahead of the game for next year’s cards!
Hi stamping friends 🙂 Did you know that the challenges at SugarPea Designs are each a month long now??? So, you’ve got all month to play along for your chance to win up to $50 to spend in the SugarPea Designs online store!! Here’s this month’s challenge:
Each week a few of the designers will whip up some fresh inspiration, and this week it’s my turn:) Here are the supplies I used:
Hey stamping friends 🙂 I hope you had an amazing Christmas! We enjoyed family and relaxation and it was wonderful! This month’s challenge at SugarPea Designs is “Anything Goes” so I went with a New Year’s themed card, which could be used for any celebration really!
Ok, crafty confession here friends…this is quite possibly the easiest card I’ve ever made! When I was listing the supplies I used on the SugarPea Designs blog and entered “none” for stamps and “none” for dies, I have to admit I felt a little guilty! But, a card that can be made using only the Happy Holidays Patterned Paper Collection?!? Yes, please!
Here’s this week’s challenge, easy peasy huh??
Christmas is the perfect time of year for an anything goes challenge! I hope you can take a few minutes to whip something up and join us this week! Don’t forget, there’s a prize involved!!
Hi again crafty friends 🙂 It’s time for a new challenge at The Card Concept! This will be my last challenge with The Card Concept, I’ve been on the DT since the challenge began, and I have truly enjoyed the time I’ve spent on the design team with such a great group of crafters! Since beginning my new job in March I have been struggling to fit in everything in my crafty world and spend quality time with my family as well. With that said, it’s time to take a break and let someone else be a clean & layered designer for a while 🙂
Check out this week’s inspiration:
I took my inspiration from the photo, and especially the fabric on the armchair! Let’s see what the rest of the team has come up with:
Hi stamping friends 🙂 Wow, it’s the day before Thanksgiving already! Before you know it we’ll be mailing out holiday cards, so why not get started on them with some inspiration from this week’s Mix It Up Challenge at SugarPea Designs?!?
For my card I made a shaker using the Beautiful Bauble SugarCut, along with the O Christmas Tree stamp set. I love a little extra sparkle, don’t you?! I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and if you’ve got time to get crafty we’d love for you to join us this week!
Hey crafty friends 🙂 It’s time for a new challenge at SugarPea Designs and this week we’ve got a Christmas theme:
Lately I’ve been using some non-holiday sets to create Holiday projects, and today is no different. I used the Special Delivery set along with the Zig Zag Stitched Circles SugarCuts. I added a little bit of holiday color to my envelopes using Copic markers.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you’ll join us this week, we love to see what you create! Plus, don’t forget there’s a monthly prize up for grabs!!
