I cannot even believe that I promised to show you the other projects from my downline meeting Thursday night within a few days, then completely blew off my blog! I’ll tell you…this baseball season thing with my kids is really interrupting my stamping/blogging time lol!! So a little late, but here they are. The first one is this cute little gift card holder. I used the Afternoon Tea designer paper with the Boho Backgrounds stamp set. I used Soft Sky and Wild Wasabi card stock and ink, and a rhinestone brad from the Pretties Kit as well. Also, I used Soft Sky double-stitched ribbon to tie it together. I get the impression from the photo that it may look bigger than it actually is…you can see from the Starbucks card in the middle that it’s just a little larger than the card itself. I like how there’s room inside to write your note.
The other project I had for the girls to make was this cute card, again with the Tart & Tangy set…I am so thrilled the Occasions Mini sets are sticking around until the end of June now!! More Tart & Tangy time for me! This adorable little card stands up all by itself, but it also lays flat to fit in an envelope! We used a brad (suggested by someone else, not sure who but thanks!!), to secure the front over the actual card so you can swing the front of the card to the side to write your note underneath. Great idea since there’s actually no "inside" to the card!
