Freshly Made Sketches #214

DSC_0082Hi stamping friends đŸ™‚ For those of us in the US we’re wrapping up Thanksgiving week, and a busy one it’s been! I hope you had a wonderful holiday! I’m so happy to get some crafty time in to relax and rejuvenate before beginning another work week!

For today’s card I’m playing along with this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge:FMS Final 214-001I couldn’t resist using THIS cute little penguin again, this time with some snowballs. It was easy enough to remove his stick and marshmallows. I simply covered that portion of the stamp with a post-it note while inking up. Then I cut the matching diecut to fit the new shape. I colored the penguin in Copics: B21, B23, B66, N1, N2, N4, YR15, YR68, BG10.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  1. What a sweet image! I love him on the bright blue snowflake paper – he’s perfectly highlighted with the stitched circle. Thank you for playing along with us at Freshly Made Sketches.

  2. I adore these penguins and it’s so clever how you’ve changed him up to be holding a snowball! Love it! Thanks so much for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches.
