Deconstructed Sketch 127

For today's card I'm using the Deconstructed Sketch for this week:

I used the Pure Innocence Happy Christmas stamp from My Favorite Things again (love this little girl!), but today I paper-pieced her coat and hat. I added a little gray shading to the plaid dsp, which actually took the Copic ink pretty well. I also used a fun toy I've had for ages and never even opened…have you ever used liquid applique? Oh my gosh I loved creating the puffy fur and pom poms on the hat with it! You just spread it around, hit it with the heat gun, and voila it puffs! Here's a close up view of it:

Here are the Copic colors I used on my image:

Tree: YG61, YG63, YG67

Scarf, Mittens & Boots: R22, R24, R27, R39

Tree trunk & hair: E33, E35, E37

Face: E000, E31, E33, with a little R00 on the cheeks

Tights & shading on coat & hat: C00, C3

Star: Y11, Y15, Y17

The DSP is from Festival of Prints, and the CS is Very Vanilla and Cherry Cobbler, along with some twine, all from SU!
