Hi stamping friends 🙂 It’s time for a new challenge at SugarPea Designs and as usual there’s an amazing sketch and photo to inspire us!
The second I saw the inspiration photo I knew I was going to use the Special Delivery set…it has all the perfect elements to go with this photo! I added the envelope and airplane from the Special Delivery Accents and found some striped paper I thought went pretty well too. I added a Zig Zag Stitched Circle for a little more texture.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you’ll make time to join us this week 🙂
Hi there 🙂 It’s time for another fun challenge from SugarPea Designs! The challenges are called Mix It Up Challenges, because you can use the sketch, the inspiration photo, or both! I mostly used the sketch today (flipped sideways), but I think I took a little inspiration from the photo as well:
Hi there! It’s time for a new Mix It Up challenge at SugarPea Designs! Are you loving the combo of inspiration photo and sketch? I am! I feel like I took a little inspiration from the photo this week, but definitely followed the sketch:
Hey stamping friends 🙂 How did you like the first SugarPea Designs Mix It Up Challenge last week?? I love the idea of using a sketch, or an inspiration photo, or both! It’s time for a new challenge and here’s this week’s challenge:
I’m going to use the sketch each week, mostly because I host the weekly Make It Monday on the SugarPea Designs Facebook Fan Page, where I provide my card measurements to make it super easy to play along with us…but I threw in some pink to go with the inspiration part of the challenge this week.
Hi stamping friends 🙂 Ooh how exciting, it’s time for a new challenge at SugarPea Designs and we’ve got something new for you to try! It’s called the Mix It Up Challenge, and here’s how it works: To play along, make a project using just the inspiration, or just the sketch or Mix it Up and use both! It is totally up to you! Here’s the sketch/inspiration photo:
As you can see I opted to go for the sketch side…mostly because I couldn’t wait to get this pineapple image from the Pineapple Paradise set inky the second I got it! I don’t think it mattered what the sketch or inspiration was, I was going to make this pineapple fit! Lol. And even better, there’s a matching SugarCut to quickly cut the pineapple out! I also used the Zig Zag Stitched Circles and Stitched Flags SugarCuts on my card.
Don’t forget you have all month to play along with us for your chance to win!
Hi there 🙂 It’s time for a new sketch challenge at SugarPea Designs, and here’s this week’s sketch:
I was so excited that I got the Hot Diggity Dog set that I knew I’d be using it on this week’s sketch challenge. Awww, how can you resist that face? This little guy is so cute. I thought it would be funny to make it look like he’s longing to be outside in his dog house!
I hope you’ll join us this week! Don’t forget you can play along all month long for your chance to win up to $75 to spend in the SugarPea Designs store!
Hi there! I’m so excited for this week’s SugarPea Designs sketch challenge, because 1. it’s fabulous as usual, and 2. I got to use a stamp set I recently got and adore! Here’s the sketch:
I don’t know that there’s anything more precious than a baby girl card (besides the actual baby girl of course lol!)…I just love the soft pink colors and especially plaid that includes pink! I used the Welcome Baby set, along with the Zig Zag Stitched Circles Sugar Cuts. Cards that don’t include coloring are pretty rare for me, and this one came together very quickly!
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you’ll make time to join us this week…you know there’s a prize up for grabs right??? See you soon!
