Hi there 🙂 It’s time for a new challenge at SugarPea Designs, and there’s another wonderful inspiration photo to go with it:
I went a little haywire with this week’s challenge…I flipped the sketch sideways and upside down, and I only used the pumpkin portion of the inspiration photo. Hey, whatever works for your creativity right?!? I used the following supplies for my card:
Hey stamping friends 🙂 It’s time for a new challenge at SugarPea Designs, and this week we’ve got a fall theme for you to try or a fun sketch (or both!):
For my card I used the Lovely Leaves set along with the matching SugarCut dies. The dies come all attached, and I left most of them together and ran them through my Big Shot in different colors of cardstock to make a quick wreath. I hope you like it, and also won’t you join us this week? There’s a SPD shopping spree up for grabs you know!
It’s time for a new challenge at SugarPea Designs, and I have to admit, I am in love with this little fox!! He is just too stinkin’ cute (and fun to color!). Here’s the challenge: use one side, or the other, or both!:
Hi there crafty friends 🙂 It’s time for a new challenge at SugarPea Designs and this week I’ve taken the sketch and inspiration photo quite literally lol! Check it out:
I used the Celebrate and Birthday Journal Card SugarCuts to create a similar image to the one in the inspiration photo. I hope you’ll make time to join us this week! Did you know that you can win a gift certificate to the SugarPea Designs store of up to $50?!? That will get you stampin’!
Hi crafty friends 🙂 It’s time for a new challenge at SugarPea Designs and there is another fabulous sketch and inspiration photo to choose from, or choose both and combine them!
I always use the sketch, and usually try to take in a bit of the inspiration photo as well. Today I went more with the farm “theme” than the actual photo. Is it a little twisted that I had a dream of using this paper and stamp set together for this sketch? I know there are lots of stampers out there that come up with projects in their sleep…I can’t be alone, right?!?!
Don’t forget, you have all month to play along with us for your chance to win a gift certificate of up to $50 to the SugarPea Designs store!! Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope you’ll take the time to get crafty this week!
Hi crafty friends 🙂 It’s time for a new challenge at SugarPea Designs! Mmmm what a yummy inspiration photo! I’ve been trying to take a little bit from the inspiration photo while still following the sketch, but this week I just couldn’t wait to get my hot little hands on the Best of Cluck set, so I had to use it whether it fit the inspiration photo or not! That’s my favorite part of this challenge, you can follow the inspiration photo, the sketch, or both!
I also used the Zig Zag Stitched Circles SugarCuts on my card, and colored the images with Copics. I hope you’ll make time to join us this week, we love to see what you create!
I knew right off the bat I’d be using the Bushel & A Peck stamp set along with some school-themed designer paper I’ve had in my stash for probably years. I colored this cutie with Copics and it took me a while! I’m no coloring whiz like so many I see online, so I have to keep looking at it and adding shading…although I’m very happy with the way she turned out.
I hope you’ll make some time to join us this week, we love seeing what you create!
Hey friends 🙂 Thanks so much for stopping by today! It’s time for a new challenge at SugarPea Designs. I always go along with the sketch, and I try to take inspiration from the photo too, so I thought the Wine Not set was perfect for this challenge! I also used the Zig Zag Stitched Circles Dies on my card.
I colored this little cutie with Copics…oh my I can’t remember the last time I colored!! It felt so good to get a little color therapy session going, but man oh man am I out of practice!! I am going to try to remedy that since our summer of camping is over 🙁 I’ll have lots more time in my craft room!
