I was working on a few projects today, but nothing I’m ready to post yet…so after dinner I thought I wanted to make something to post on my blog. Do you ever just think of a product or stamp set you want to use and then you create around that? Well that’s what I did tonight. I couldn’t wait to get the new sticky cuts letters from the new catalog, but I’ve since only used 2 letters! I think part of it is that I’m hoarding, and the other part is that I’m afraid I won’t be happy with what I make and I only have one of each letter! Well, be prepared to see some bling in the upcoming days because I’ve decided to just use it!!
So once I decided on sticky letters and glitter, I picked the Flowers for You designer paper and went from there. My niece is turning one next month and I thought a cute little frame my sister can put a picture of her in from her first birthday might be cute…now I had something to go on! Here’s what I came up with. I used the purple fine cosmo glitter for the big "g" and I cut out random flowers from the pattern of the paper and used celery and turquoise glitter for the centers of those flowers.
