Woohooo! It’s new release week at SugarPea Designs! Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, Wendy has done it again!! I love, love, love everything in this release and I know you will too! The new products will be available this Friday at 6 p.m. Eastern time!
Today we’re highlighting the Eskimo Kisses set (with matching SugarCut dies), and the Stitched Border Dies (these are the Sweet Incentive item for this release – free with your $60 order!) I used the little holly sprigs to make my card, along with the Stitched Border Dies.
Be sure to hop along and check out what the rest of the design team has come up with!
Hi stamping friends! It’s time for the Sweet2Repeat Blog Hop at SugarPea Designs and I couldn’t resist using the fabulous Mandala stamp again (and again, and again…), I love it so much! I also used the Sweet Sentiments – You stamp set, along with the You SugarCut. I made the background using Yupo paper and alcohol inks. Wow, so much fun! There are a zillion videos on YouTube if you decide to give it a try! Then, I stamped the Mandala in Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder.
Each of the design team members have created something new to inspire you with stamps from the last release. Plus, there’s a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to the SugarPea Designs store!
Let’s see what the rest of the team has come up with:
Hi again stamping friends 🙂 Lots of stamping and coloring this month thanks to The 30 Day Coloring Challenge! Today I’m playing along with the current challenge on the Lawn Fawnatics blog, to create a scene! It was a rough day at work (aren’t they all???) so I went super simple with just some distress inks for the sky background, and I used the Home for the Holidays stamp set along with the matching die. I made a little banner with the sentiment on it, I hope it looks like it’s ruffling in the wind behind the car!
Hello stamping friends! I’m so thrilled to join in on the month-long celebration at Simon Says Stamp! SugarPea Designs has created a new stamp set exclusively for this event called Koalaty Time! Don’t hesitate, because this set is available while supplies last!! There is also a coordinating die set and you can purchase them individually or as a bundle!
Here’s a card I created using this sweet set:
I colored the adorable koala using Copic Markers, along with the fabulous new Spots & Stripes Paper Pad (Pastels, they also come in Brights!). I added a flag from the Stitched Flag SugarCut set, added some distress ink and water splatters, then added the Celebrate SugarCut to finish it off.
Hey there 🙂 Thanks to The 30 Day Coloring Challenge I made time to squeeze in a little coloring today! I do so much better when I’m playing along with a challenge, and today I came across the TGIF Challenges blog and joined in on their color challenge:
Good morning stamping friends! I’m so excited because today is Day 1 of the 30 Day Coloring Challenge! I’ve played along a few times in the past, but this time I vowed (to myself) to join in much more often, hopefully every day! My hubby is coming home today for the weekend, so I don’t know how much coloring I will squeak in…so I was up at 6:00 this morning coloring away! Luckily I had been playing with my new Scan n Cut 2 and had lots of these sweet images from the SugarPea Designs set called Barn to be Wild all cut out and ready to go! I colored the farm animals and tractor with Copics and added a background of fun chicken wire paper from the Countryside Charm patterned paper collection. I drew some little curvy lines between the tractor and animals with a black Copic multiliner.
Okay, off to get ready for work! I feel so much better already starting out the day with a little “me” time!! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
Hi stamping friends 🙂 I hope that you’re enjoying the beginning of your weekend as much as I am! The house all to myself and a room full of stamping supplies…what more could a girl ask for?!? Today I’m playing along with this week’s MFT Sketch Challenge :
For my card I used the Birdie Brown Up in the Air set. I can’t believe I’ve had this set since it was released and I’m just breaking it out tonight! If you’ve seen any of my other cards this week, you know I’m in kind of a rainbow mood this week! I SO enjoyed coloring these sweet images with Copics! I created a sky by sponging Distress Inks onto watercolor paper. No splatters today, I wanted a crystal clear blue sky for these guys to fly up in!
